HOW BROKERAGE ACTUALLY WORKS

We operate as an independent intermediary in physical commodity and freight transactions.
Each mandate follows a structured execution process designed to align counterparties, reduce friction, and bring transactions to completion under defined commercial terms. Our role is to structure opportunities, connect verified participants, and guide negotiations from initial mandate to executed contract.

EXECUTION SEQUENCE

A buyer or seller submits a mandate outlining product specifications, volumes, delivery terms, and counterparty requirements.

Step 1 — Mandate Submission

The mandate is positioned within our network of producers, traders, processors, and logistics providers.

Step 2 — Market Positioning

Potential counterparties are identified and screened to ensure commercial compatibility and operational feasibility.

Step 3 — Counterparty Alignment

Commercial terms, pricing structure, delivery conditions, and documentation framework are negotiated

Step 4 — Negotiation & Structuring

Once terms are agreed, the transaction proceeds to formal contract execution and logistical coordination.

Step 5 — Transaction Execution

Each brokerage mandate follows a defined sequence to ensure alignment between buyers, sellers, and logistics providers

ROLE & POSITIONING

Our role is to facilitate transactions by:

  • structuring commercial opportunities

  • aligning counterparties

  • supporting negotiation and execution

The objective is to reduce information asymmetry and accelerate transaction completion within global commodity supply chains.

Equinox Growth operates as a structured intermediary within physical commodity and freight markets. We do not take ownership of cargo and we do not operate as a logistics provider.

RISK DISCIPLINE

Our brokerage process focuses on:

  • mandate clarity

  • counterparty verification

  • operational feasibility

  • contractual structure

This disciplined approach helps reduce execution risk and increases the probability of successful transaction completion.

Commodity and freight transactions require strict discipline in counterparty verification, documentation, and commercial alignment

SUBMIT  MANDATE

If you are seeking buyers, suppliers, or freight capacity for a physical commodity transaction, you may submit a structured mandate to our brokerage desk. Each mandate is reviewed for commercial clarity and operational feasibility before engagement.

Our Vision

This is the space to introduce visitors to the business or brand. Briefly explain who's behind it, what it does and what makes it unique. Share its core values and what this site has to offer.
